  • Workout Today

    So today I did 2.2 miles in 15:52, which is right where I need to be for preseason. We have to run 2 miles in under 15, and I want to improve on my time from last year. That means that I have to run 2 miles in under 14:40, which I know I can do if I keep running at around a 7:15 - 7:30 miles pace all summer.

I think we are often too caught up in the final pose rather than enjoying the process of getting into it <: So, funny bloopers are very much welcome!! <: I will be doing so myself too!

  • Welcome

    This blog is mainly for me to use as motivation and to keep me accountable. I plan to post my workouts, meals, and other health related things to keep track of what I am doing for fitness and wellness on a daily basis. I am a soccer player and a hurdler at a division three college, and am working to stay in shape and to improve in both of my sports.
